In order:

"getting into difficulties" in deep water (nearly drowned once off the coast of Skiathos)

travelling at speed in a vehicle I'm not in control of

moths (Kuala Lumpur, be careful folks)

the great unwashed as neighbours (different species)

the spectre of nuclear war
