Chairman: House intel panel won’t investigate Flynn, will probe leaks

Fine, the Justice Dept. will have to. Lying to the FBI is a crime. Also, anyone who knew the facts and did not report it - Misprison of a felony. And that's all just for starters. Could be treason.

It will Interesting to Know the Identity of those who are Leaking Classified Communications of the President's Cabinet Members , a Federal CRIME . I suspect some are " Left Over " Employees of the Obama Administration , 5th Columnists sort of Speak.........

It leaked because it was all on tape. It leaked because what Flynn told Pence varied from the tape. It leaked because, when interviewed by the FBI, Flynn lied. It leaked because the Justice Dept informed the Prez and he fired the Acting AG instead of Flynn.

So probably a dozen possible leakers besides Priebus.

He wasn't a Cabinet member then. And he wasn't the target of the recordings. And what the hell kind of potential NSA head doesn't get that EVERYTHING is surveilled? LoLz! Especially foreign agents/diplomats.
