Fear fosters more fear--soon enough the public will have caltrops and barriers in the road once the fodder are out of the way; all because of opposing, unlistening ears. The roads won't be somewhere to be, they will be an attempt to escape.

Personal responsibility be damned, you are still responsible for your actions and reactions. Other people's irresponsibility isn't a free license to throw your own personal responsibility, of you know, not hitting people with your car, out the window.



This law isn't really aimed at running over the precious little snowflakes with their skinny jeans and starbucks - as fun as it would be, they're not the real issue.

It's mostly aimed at the much more dangerous groups who start crowding cars and physically threatening occupants. Nobody wants to be the next Reginald Denny.
