I do not know much about Indian movies but if you search Dalit from youtube you will find allot of documents/videos about their slavery and general misery in India. btw scientist now think gypsies came Europe from Dalits group so they claim gypsies are Dalits, except i dunno if Dalits are like gypsies genetic family ppl but what i understand Dalits are just a part of caste system in India, the lowest caste at that aka untouchables.

Not sure about a fictional movie, but Ross Kemp did an investigation into sex trafficking in India in his Extreme World documentary series. Numerically it involves 10 percent of the entire population.

In fairness though it might be best to watch the complete Extreme World series, because he also investigates human trafficking networks in the UK, Europe and Las Vegas. It's a global problem.

The series is on YouTube (not sure if I should embed it here).

I just remembered an older movie titled Water (2005).

Still set under British occupation in 1938 it doesn't use the terms "slavery" or "trafficking" as such, but some of the themes are about child marriage and forced prostitution.
