My wife is out watching it this evening, hates the films and much prefers the books but the chance of a meal and drinks was the clincher. The bonus is i have my beer wine snacks and all the recorded films and discovery channel stuff to watch in peace and quiet

what an incredible waste of space for a thread... what was the point of all this? you probably thought mommy porn sounded cool, and wanted to see it typed out here on ATS, that's the only conclusion I can come too. I forgot, was there a point to this thread?

I went and watched 50 shades last night. The weird part was walking into the lobby after the movie and seeing all the people we just watched a porn movie with. Was a bizarre feeling

Hey don't sweat it. I start all my threads with a word or phrase I'd like to see typed out on ATS.

And the idea of getting it from a billionaire sadist gets them right off.

I prefer to spend my movie dollars on films that carry an emotional, visceral message and have deep meanings and leave you with emotional resonance that lasts for days.

Like John Wick or Iron Man.

For the former, Cowboy, I can't wait for Chapter 2. And
I WILL take the muffs so the THX-me (from him killing
everything but him and the pit pup) isn't too bad. Emotional,
visceral messages are best communicated with an M4. yup.

Every mom needs a big strong well armed widower. sigh.
No I meant alla them. Dakota WHO?

I tried watching the first one on cable and could not believe how terrible the acting was. I guess this just proves that a movies quality has nothing to do with ticket sales.

Even the sex scenes of the first one sucked, and certainly not anything riske....but yeah, it sucked on all levels. I only watched it as the wife wanted to see it (and she was disappointed too).
