well all the law abiding people that I know are already divided from the criminals because they don`t want anything to do with criminals, so reporting on criminals who break the laws isn`t going to divide the law abiding people from the criminals anymore than they are already divided from them.

I didn't read the article in your first link, but, if the link is any indication of the content, it looks to very clearly be about "undocumented immigrants" getting drivers licenses.

While I find that bizarre, in and of itself, nothing about this indicates anything to do with voting (and no, having a driver's license and being an illegal alien doesn't get you registered to vote.
