Mud pit because this is a short and to the point post, I guess.

I like trump because he sticks to his word. He's seeking to build a wall, he tried to ban travel from certain countries, he pulled out of the tpp.

Do I agree with all things he's done? Not really.

But it's what half the country wanted - they voted for the promises he made, and now they have to deal with the consequences. Will good things come, or bad? I don't know.

But he sure as hell is sticking to some of his biggest promises. I'll give him that.

Not to mention I applaud him for getting out of the tpp. Honestly, that one deal alone could hurt everyone worse than four years presidency can. The trans Pacific partnership was a big deal on ats at one time but now that we actually had a guy who pulled us out of it, hardly anyone, even his fans are giving him the credit I believe he is due.

Anyways don't take this as a pro trump thread. I really don't care for the guy. But I do respect at least one aspect of him, and think future presidents should do as he does, and commit, and not try to wish washy compromise.

Come on, only 36% of eligible voters voted for Trump, hardly half.
His approval rating is now at 36%.

64% of the country did not vote for this clown and 64% of the country hates that he was "elected".

What I like about trump?

I'll keep it light because there are literally hundreds of things I like about Donald J. Trump.

I like the fact that he is and was a good father and daddy to his children. They love and adore him.

Fail! You must be getting your fake news from CNN again.

From Politico:politico link

It’s a dramatic uptick since the election. Trump’s favorability has grown 9 points, 37 percent to 46 percent, compared to a Morning Consult poll right before the election -- while his unfavorability has dropped 15 points, from 61 percent to 46 percent.

Gallup poll has him at 43%

Remember if you are going to quote CNN you might want to fact check them because they print a lot of fake news!

Is your memory so short that you have forgotten how wrong the left wing media is when it comes to polls? Seriously pathetic!

Just for the record CNN has him at 36% so I know where you get your news!

If you are going to quote figures, you better get them right.

Per Reuters on Feb 6th - 50.1% approval rating

Where are you looking for the approval rating?...CNN and MSNBC viewers?

Yeah, it's 43 now that Trump has paid off all of the news sources.

I quit trusting any news since he took over as I'm sure it's all fake now.

All you have to do is take a walk outside and you'll quickly see, even the pigeons seem to disapprove.

But, believe what you want. Everywhere I look I see major disapproval and skepticism of this Cheeto Jesus "messiah".

Sorry, guys - I really don't know why I do this sh@t!

I really just pick the underdog and dive in for a pointless fight. I don't know why I do it - some mental something or other.

Anyways, sorry - I don't really mean it because in reality, I really don't care. I didn't vote for Trump or Clinton. To me they are both big time liars.

I just really really love the idea of the mud pit.

I could be trash talking a dead horse right now - I just love the mud

You must be standing in the middle of a Leftist riot/protest to say you see that everywhere you look.

You don't trust any news source but you came with a bunch of numbers from a news source?

I like Trump's populist stance. Some of his policies I agree with, some, frankly I do not. I feel like he has really fumbled the travel ban, but I don't want to get into that.
We're talking about what we like about him. Short answer: his populist stance.

What I like the most about Trump is that he's turning politics on it's head. His victory over Clinton, the face of the establishment, has opened the doors for more alternative/third-party candidates in the future.

The GOP is going through it's own change, and the Dems are falling apart. Now would be the perfect time for the Libertarians and Independents to start getting their # together.
