Look, I can type all night and give you the reality of this decision but you're not going to agree.

Whether or not I agree is, at this point, moot. Always has been, come to think of it.
All we can do is wait and see what the US Government does next. The ball is in their court. Get it?

The supreme court will have the last say so, after all the circuit are under pressure from some states due that the states been under pressure by unruly protest.

We may see more protest in front of the Supreme court, but interestingly the supreme court seem no to be manipulated by intimidation.

The Supreme Court already made the decision, in 1948.

The 9th didn't look for precedent... they just wanted to legislate from the bench.

The finding and wording of the Supreme Court case in 1948 was later codified into law by Congress.

You may find it familiar...

“Whenever the President finds that the entry of any aliens or of any class of aliens into the United States would be detrimental to the interests of the United States, he may by proclamation, and for such period as he shall deem necessary, suspend the entry of all aliens or any class of aliens as immigrants or nonimmigrants, or impose on the entry of aliens any restrictions he may deem to be appropriate.”

The Dems are beating a dead horse in hopes that their constituents get a little hope out of it. The case has been decided decades ago already.

The 9th didn't look for precedent...
Actually, they did. It starts on page 14, like this:

There is no precedent to support this claimed unreviewability, which runs contrary to the fundamental structure of our constitutional democracy.

cdn.ca9.uscourts.gov...

And, no. They are not talking about the EO, they are talking about the claim from the government that

the President has “unreviewable authority to suspend the admission of any class of aliens.”
