Im having trouble with IPB

I put in the names of the catagories and Forums I want, but when you look at the site it doesnt show them

anyone know how I make the site show them?

(if this is breaking some kinda rule please tell me)

sadly yes it is a free board...I found out too late it was a mistake but I want to finish it anyways...

and I cant post the link to the board here, agaisnt ats rules remember?
