Self defense against themselves? I've seen one report of a trump supporter kicking the leg of someone, and a couple self defense incidents. Compared to mountains of video going the other way.

When conservatives decide to get violent they will use guns. They should practice putting on body armor.

Good catch. Violent revolutionaries are typically communist. They are violent because they know politically they could never pull it off, its unpalatable to the public.

I've got one problem with this. I'm pretty sure that I posted this someplace else on ATS. I was taking my seven year old great niece and two of her friends to watch a women's college basketball game. We were going towards the field house when I was stopped by a CAMPUS police officer. He told me that there was a protest going on and that I looked like somebody who wouldn't take crap from a protester. He was right. He went on to say that he didn't want to have to arrest ME.

If you look at what happened at Berkeley, there were cops there, but, nobody got arrested. You can't tell me that the clowns doing the protesting didn't know that the COPS HAD THEIR BACKS. Trust me, if somebody showed up and started kicking the crap out of these protesters there would have been some arrests made and it wouldn't have been the protesters getting arrested.
