The Goal post wasn't moved.
Yes, it was.

1) I said (in reference to the TRO).:

Actually it did, it prevented people with visas (who live here) from being kept out of the country.
In response to which you brought up this: www.dhs.gov...

2) When it was pointed out that this: www.whitehouse.gov...
Was not the same as this: www.dhs.gov...

3) You came up with this: abcnews.go.com...

I don't think even Tom Brady could have kept up with that.

The News had a part on how Immigrants can take three years on vetting processes in order to get accepted for citizenship here. Yeah, I suppose that happens, but what about these refugees, they can come right over and there isn't even any evidence to show they are not terrorists a lot of time. Their city is destroyed and there go the records.

The news sucks, it is more into making trump look bad than anything else. I suppose Trump bashing them all along doesn't help at all. Both sides are going nuts.

With all the arguing and bickering going on everywhere and the fact that if Hillary would have seized the election illegally, it would not be any different. Russia won this time, they did not even do much to influence anything and no matter who won Russia won. Our country is falling apart. When Immigrants have more rights than a citizen, you know something is all messed up. My country can tell me that if I leave, I cannot come back, yet they cannot tell someone who is not a citizen they can't come in.

These Democrats are disgusting, we need our national sovereignty back.

No. They don't "come over" until they are vetted. Until then they are "over there."

Their city is destroyed and there go the records.

So, they are just allowed in? Is that the way it works? That's pretty bad.

"Dog ate my homework."
"Oh, that's awful. We'll just forget about that then."

My country can tell me that if I leave, I cannot come back
What? Not if you're a citizen they can't.

yet they cannot tell someone who is not a citizen they can't come in.
Yes they can. And do.

All that judge did is show how clearly some have relied on activist courts to push laws, which is not their place. The judge's order isn't even legal; a judge doesn't gt to overrule an EO, and claim Constitutional protection for people not citizens of, or present in, this country. His useless, posturing order should be ignored.

The judge did not overrule an EO.
