It's with a heavy heart as a Niners fan that I say this.

Tom Brady, you have officially dethroned Joe Montana as the best ever, not only in the superbowl, but overall best ever.

Grats Patriots and fans!

I was invited to watch this game with a friend of mine.

She got very... animated by that game, so much so that upon snatching up a cushion from the couch and hurling it across the room in frustration, she managed to break a light bulb, showering me in shards of glass in the process. Suffice to say, several alcoholic beverages were consumed, on her part because its what one apparently does when a sporting event is afoot. I have to say, that even as nearly the opposite of a sports fan, I did find that game very entertaining indeed, but not nearly as entertaining as some of the abuse that my friend, a Patriots fan, was hurling at the team for most of the game. The things that came out of her mouth would make a sailor blush!

Everything we've seen in the past year... it's only natural that the Patriots won in a stunning, unexpected victory.

Well, I apologize to all the Falcon fans.
Obviously, at half time, they had their play book switched with the Detroit Lions playbook.
They laid down.

And still managed to look better than the Lions doing it.


The commercials? SUCKED!!! Maybe two good ones all night?
I didn't need to be preached to all night.

Well, he is 18 years old soooo....that's a minute by minute, hour by hour thing. But no, we did not make an offering of our furry friend.

We cursed a lot. We stared incredulously at the TV, we had to eat a lot of crow due to all the trash talking to our relatives in Boston. But - it was an awesome game and an awesome halftime show. And, if you have to lose, losing to the winning-est QB in Super Bowl history isn't the worst pill to swallow.

So went to the local tavern to watch the game.

I brought guac, salsa (ghost pepper), and some Ruffles. They had tacos, enchiladas, warm dip of some sorts, shells, tortilla chips, sour cream. Enough to feed an army! Also did Stone IPA.

Anyway, yelling at the Atlanta fans (fellow taverners) and being obnoxious. Finally got a seat at halftime when some chick was singing. Alls nice in TEOTville. By d@mn, the Patriots come back and tie the game. We're heading to over time!! Sweet!

Well, commercial comes on, off to the bathroom. Wait patiently in line. Get my turn. Hear this roar coming from the bar, come back out and see Brady with his helmet off shaking hands!! WTF?!!! Ah man! I missed the game winning touchdown!

*SMH* leave it to TEOT to miss the point everybody is talking about today! LOL.

Glad it was a good game. This year's commercials sucked (I agree).

Btw, chicken enchiladas have to go on the rotation! As does Hatch green chili guac. Hatch green chilies in general...

He brought out James White and explained that Tom Brady said “he should have at least gotten co-MVP” Apparently Ford automotive thought so too. So Conan did the big reveal and presented him with a new F-150 just like Brady got as MVP!!
