The village is a far left leaning magazine that proclaims itself to be “Ireland’s political and cultural magazine,” according to Fox News.

An excerpt from the article featured in the magazine reads:

“So what is to be done? We have one of the worst men in the most powerful position, one where he can do damage to millions, to billions, to the planet.

“So perhaps the solution is tyrannicide. As he might say himself — ‘take him out.’

“Tyrannicide has had support from various philosophers and theologians through the centuries, including the ancient Greeks and Romans.”

EXTREME WAR: Media Goes All Out To Stop Trump; Magazine Cover Calls For Assassination!

Alternate source: Village Magazine Cover Shows Gun Target on Pres. Trump's Head

This news is coming to light just one day after I posted the following.

Alex Jones: Democrats Are Organizing A Coup Against Trump

www.youtube.com...

Most Trump supporters just scoff at all this news. What's it going to take for them to wake up?

People are calling for media outlets in the United States to be shut down over their seditious articles about Trump. What can be done about a magazine that's published in another country?

I've believed that Trump needs a popemobile for a while. Is it time for extreme measures concerning his security?

It's not about "style" of governing, it's about "type" of government.

Trump is just a convenient target. There is a growing element that isn't too keen on the Constitution any more.

If it was Carson, or anyone else (except Hillary) the targets would be identical.

Can't say I'm surprised.

Just heard Hawaii is now suing Trump over his immigration ban. (Unconfirmed)

I am not following you here.

Obama was sued by states.

So you expected magazines to suggest assassinating him too?

I honestly am not trying to deflect here.

You said that you are not surprised that magaiznes are calling for the assassination of Trump.

The reasoning you gave is that Hawaii is suing Trump.

That seems like an incredibly huge leap of logic.

So I am genuinely asking, did you expect Obama to have magazines suggest killing him when ten states sued him?

Or if you prefer to leave Obama out of it, fine.

Then I will just ask you plainly;

What about Hawaiis potential lawsuit against Trump makes you make the connection that magaxzines will the call for his assassination?

I am honestly dumbfounded at how you could make that connection, and genuinely want to know why you did.

This is just scandalous.. people calling for the murder of another human.. and the leader of the United States no less..
Anyone who makes statements like that should be thrown in jail immediately.

I know people don't like trump.. but you must respect a world leader from a democratic country.. anything less than you are disrespecting that country and the majority population..
From someone with irish blood in my veins, I'm ashamed the name of my country is associated with such a statement.

Im reminded of another tyranicide, namely that of Julius Caesar.

He was murdered by the political elite of the time who werent upset he was screwing over the people (he wasnt) they were upset that he was taking away their power and relevance.

They killed him and then ran threw the streets screaming "The tyrant is dead, the tyrant is dead", they were expecting to be hailed as heros but instead the people were shocked, here was someone they loved and had always loved them yet those in power didnt agree.

I have no doubt those in power want Trump gone but unlike in Caesars time people have more of a voice and collective power, take Trump out at your own peril I say

One can respect the Office. The man? That's another matter.

On your larger point, it goes without saying that a public call for assassination is abhorrent.

And yet this is standard fare for left-wingers when a republican is in charge.
