Trump melts daily and starts twitter wars with celebrities and comedy shows. The snowflake badge was taken by Trump sometime ago.

Ha, we finally agree on something!

Of course, celebrities and comedy shows are pretty damn ignorant--I'd have a hard time keeping my mouth shut when they tweet stupidity or outright lies, too.

he ship is sinking and the rats are running. These leaks are coming from people within the administration, Comrade Trump's trusted people, that have seen your right wing hero essentially lose his mind while in office.

Controlled leaks help the trigger effect.

That's becoming clearer. A continuous flow of "trigger" material distracts Democrats from focusing on becoming united and finding someone who's foolish enough to be their leader. Wonderful strategy!

Comrade Trump? Why is it that all the anti-Trump rallies feature hammer and sickle flags and communists in masks?

Bit you're not potus. A leader of a global super power should be focused on leading the country, not getting into pathetic tit for tat slanging matches on twitter, and crying every time someone calls him a nasty name. He even has to keep gloating that Arnie has had worse ratings doing the Apprentice. He's so insanely insecure, it's literally embarrassing and he's making a fool of himself every single day.

Ya. Like Putting Steve Bannon on the National Security Council. This administration has done a lot of scary things. If I would have to note the most stupid or the most scary, it is that.

ya and it was soooo much better having self avowed communist Van Jones and the nutcase John Holdren pretending to be a scientist as czars on Obama team.... sigh....remember Valerie Jarrett is a communist muslim with communist family..... just remember that when the SHTF
excuses for all the violence at Berkely? Oh yah it must be right wingers doing all that cause the special snowflakes on the left would never do that....

or like holding the former prime minister of a european country at the airport for questioning because he attended a human rights conference years ago???

www.bbc.com...

maybe it's just part of his strategy, he is just playing stupid, giving the world the impression that our gov't doesnt' have any idea what they are doing so we can have the element of surprise...

Reldra,

Don't mind these right wingers. They don't know what they are saying or what they believe in. They would rather watch the country fall apart than to give power to the liberals. Anyone with that kind of thinking is sick. You have to remember that many of these people are sick and they've subjugated themselves to right wing hate news for the last 10+ years. That kind of stuff will take a toll on a person's mind and you have to consider that while talking to these people.

Now you attack a person over their looks? Classless.

Calling me 'you poor thing' is worse. It calls my character into account. More than superficial.

This thread had degraded due to the Trump Cult. I am exiting the thread.

Libs and communist/socialist/radical leftists had 8 years and where is our country now? I just noticed the price of half and half went up 50 cents overnight. and that the was the low cost one. You know the more we spend on entitlements and bombing Syria and Libya the more a loaf of bread will cost because our government is waaaaaaay overstepping its bounds and spending way too much and its billions every day just for the interest of borrowing from the Fed.
Let that sink in a bit..... oh by the way just in January an increase of 70,000 jobs.... and we do know where that came from don't we?

All he is doing is using obamas list, strange how they never talked crap then.

That's right. I guess Obama must have business dealings over there too.... but somehow that activist judge overturned the EO...... I don't know on what grounds..... I don't see the merit of his argument....

repairing things after the destructive riots??

where do you get the idea that trump isn't gonna be bombing his own selection of countries? the only difference between him and obama is that trump probably has a map of the world hanging up somewhere in the white house they he'll throw darts at to decide who he will attack first.. and my bet is that the first dart will hit somewhere in the US... we can only hope it's dc...

Prove it!

This is just another stupid hit piece with no thought or reflection or fact checking whatsoever.

Stupid is as stupid does.

We need another forum, for stupid peeps.

You mean proof like the White House having to actually make excuses why Trump hung up on an ally PM? That isn't a lie.. the White House made excuses for Trump's behavior. That one act alone shows he is not Presidential material. I don't care how much you disagree with an ally or even an enemy.. you sure as hell don't just hang up on them and call it the worst call with a foreign country. He just took office!

Makes you wonder what gems lie down the road. I feel bad for his administration.. the ridiculous gymnastics they will have to perform to keep our allies as allies (and our enemies from declaring war on us) are going to have to be historic.

I would likely have hung up as well. Our current PM has that effect on people.

Perhaps it is time that international politics was based on truth rather than the fictions normally portrayed.

I think our PM will survive.

Wow, like 200 replies and almost no one actually discussed the article in the OP. The mere whiff of criticisms of Trump and the typical dismissive accusations like "fake news", "triggered", and "snowflake" pour in. These terms weren't used like two years ago, now they're everywhere. It's scary how easily conditioned people are - and a lot of you have been conditioned. Anyway, the article is actually kinda interesting:

Why all the leaking? I've got two theories:

1. Trump only really listens to things once they are presented to him via the media. Trump campaign manager Kellyanne Conway acknowledged in the campaign that the best way to get through to him was often to talk on cable TV or to other reporters. There's no indication that Trump has changed his voracious media consumption habits since he formally entered the White House. So it's uniquely possible that these leaks are aimed at reining him in, showing him that when he acts like this with, say, world leaders, it makes him look bad.

2. There are people at senior levels within the administration who have major concerns about Trump and his fitness for office. In the long tradition of whistleblowers, they are using selective leaks to make sure that people know what is really going on inside the White House.

I can only imagine how furious he must get when he sees these things being leaked on TV.

Geee, wonder why that is?
With 25 fake stories designed to discredit the current administration in 5 days, it's nothing more than a smear campaign.
It's ineffective for the most part, as the truth ends up coming out.
Intelligent people question stories from 'an unnamed official within the administration".
I'd like to see Fox do an expose on this, it would get high ratings.

Nixon was brought down by an unnamed source.

The White House isn't denying the veracity of the leaks, just that they aren't coming from The White House:

Fox News
Top presidential adviser Kellyanne Conway on Thursday blasted what she called “dangerous” leaks that have revealed details from President Trump’s apparently tense conversations with world leaders, while denying that the information spilled from the White House. “We’re the ones not leaking,” Conway, Trump’s counselor, told “Fox & Friends.” Asked whether the leaks could have come from the State Department, where hundreds of officials have protested Trump’s recent order on immigration, she declined to speculate. “It’s very unfortunate,” she said. “… It’s dangerous to have these leaks.”

Nothing about this post is "fake news".

Sorry.. this isn't a play party. This is real world politics, where countries can bring or stifle billions of dollars of trade, create or stop wars, or kill decades-long alliances. This isn't your neighborhood pool bar, or Housewives of Whatever City. Trump's bravado is going to cause many issues for the U.S. You would have hung up as well? Yea.. sure. I highly doubt you know the real inner-workings of politics between the U.S. and Australia or any country, sadly any more than he does.

Keep in mind during the campaign, he was questioned about his RL political savvy. He was woefully inadequate. He literally said he'd "hire people" to figure out the foreign policy issues. He was completely unable to name key players in many countries, either governments or groups. You can't insult foreign dignitaries and expect no repercussions. They deserved it? Please.. the U.S. is deserving of just as much or more. And no country stands alone. You can't insult one country without insulting others. Trump is going to dig himself in a huge hole in a hurry.

I am still staggered people support this bravado-essque, bullying, "we are too good for your country" attitude Trump is laying out. He is an absolute foreign affairs moron. Most leaders realize their country, as much as any other, has blood on their hands. The U.S. certainly does. Trump is going to alienate the entire planet in the span of probably a couple of years. Why he or any of his supporters feels like this is a good idea boggles the mind.

Thats the way it works. No one man or woman is ever truly in charge. Not even Kim Jung or Hitler stood alone, they surround themselves with people in the business of knowing whats going on.

Continue to be staggered as you put it, you may be surprised how this turns out.
BTW, you do know him hanging up on Turnbull has been discredited. If you see a story that relies upon a source such as 'an unnamed official within the administration' you might want to think twice before accepting it as a fact. There's a war on for peoples minds right now, try not to lose yours.
