Another worthy mention is Hannibal Lector.

And HAL from 2001 a Space Odyssey is the most iconic non-human villain.

And I'll throw in the legend himself Dr.Evil just for fun lol

HAL is a bone chilling, amazing villain.

Little Nero Award!

Game of Thrones has an entire buffet of villains, although little nero is probably the only one who never grows on you (he's just pure evil).

Wes Studi's performance as Magua in Last of the Mohicans is one of my favorite movie villain portrayals, particularly the cliff scene. His facial expressions are powerful. No spoken words needed, especially after Alice commits suicide.

This movie has a sinister evil character who cannot dream so he kidnaps children to steal their dreams. The dreams all turn out to be nightmares because the poor children are so afraid.. great movie!
