Squeeze were Cool For Cats.

Squeeze were and still are a fantastic band who wrote great melodies and lyrics. They were touted as the "Next Beatles", when they first hit the music scene.

Up the junction is a sad tale, but my favourite of theirs.

Cool for cats, with its witty lyrics and catchy melody is a great tune though. Thanks for sharing mate.

Cheers mate , agree with all you wrote.
I remember Cool for cats was a breath of fresh air back in the day and have loved the song from that day to this , up the junction is a special song and is as good as anything the Beetles did in my humble.
