Extraterrestrials serving you a radiating breakfast from out of space. Racing flying saucers across the universe to deliver the goods made on a remote planet.

What? Not one corn flake in sight.

Edit - Well done O.P.

There were some whacky ads over the years and this is a fine example.

I loved that Rice Krispies commercial.

Oddly I didn't like the "sugary" cerials that were peddled on tv back in the seventies. I was and still am a plain Chex person.

The only thing in my life that goes "snap, crackle, and pop" is me when I get out of bed in the morning.

Earth from space didn't show Cuba, Canada got flooded and that bowl of cereal at the end has pepperoni on top. WTF hahaha !

That was better than an illuminati card.

You should edit the title; Cobaltic has already pointed out these were not Corn Flakes - it's a Rice Krispies commercial. Everyone makes mistakes, but this is a fairly easy fix for, what seems to be an honest mistake (maybe there is some 'inside baseball' but I suspect you made a mistake that is obvious and needs to be addressed).

That is not pepperoni. It is strawberries.

I love these old commercials.

To change your title, you just need to go up to your opening post and hit "edit".

Thanks for sharing that commercial.

I suppose that I ate some radioactive cereal when I was a kid in the 1960's.
Aboveground nuclear weapons testing put a lot of radioisotopes into the atmosphere that ended up in our food chain.

Mmmm. Makes me want to go on an all-juice diet....UH OH.

That could mean I've already had half my brain eaten by aliens:

Braindead Season 1 Episode 13

It is not they who bring us breakfeast. We ARE breakfast. Theirs.

Hmmm..., Strawberry Pizza. That's a great idea. I'll make it one day and post it.

The commercial doesn't say anything about them being radioactive, but it does show the rice krispies with a drawn-in "glow" so maybe you think the glow implies radiation?

Anyway the main point is that around 12 second they say these are the guys flying the saucers:

"They fly the saucers in glittering skies...."

So does this finally solve the mystery of who was flying the flying saucers?

Good point!

Also, they "are on a beam" and "from Planet-K" (sounds alot like Planet-X)
