For some of you, this may be known. This is all from Wikileaks dot org

go to: Wikileaks / Partners / Transparency Toolkit / About / Funders / Open Society International...like this......

It's as simple as that - to me he has clear, albeit indirect, ties to the funding and/or support of Wikileaks through a nominated Wikileaks partner - Transparency Toolkit.

Transparency Toolkit uses open data to watch the watchers and hold the powerful to account. We build free software to collect and analyze open data from a variety of sources. Then we work with investigative journalists and human rights organizations to turn that into useful, actionable knowledge. Currently, our primary focuses are investigating surveillance and human rights abuses.

This suggests to me that Transparency Toolkit may have something to do with analyzing encrypted data uploaded by whistleblowers / alfabet agents / hackers / other - and if so then Soros has direct involvement with that functionality.

I mean, if Soros was bankrolling Hillarys race for the WH and funded post-election anti-Trump mayhem and at the same time provides 3rd party support to Wikileaks which put out damning info which negatively impacted her campaign then I think that Soros is doing what the Rothschilds have done in the past (funding both sides of war), except Soro's battlefield is the minds of men and women and what better way to achieve this than to control the entire stage show?

Now, having just done a google search, I note that 2 threads from 2010 back this claim up, the first thread has the links 404'd however it clearly verifies what I have found.

www.abovetopsecret.com...
www.abovetopsecret.com...

So, we have a Soros funded surveillance analysis company, Wikileaks and leaked hacked emails.

Now I'm wondering if George Soros (actively) supported Wikileaks' decision to release the Podesta Emails? Did Transparency Toolkit have anything to do with assisting in gathering / analyzing the emails prior to them being officially released?

I find it hard to believe Soros' sole link to Transparency Toolkit is limited to it's 'Human Rights' division, especially when it's only other division happens to be the eyes and ears of Wikileaks.

Wikileaks, WTF, over?

Good catch Sublime!

Looks like Soros has his fingers in more honey pots than people realise.

The Truth always comes out.

so does this imply that Wikileaks may be a PSYOP or "controlled" leaks as many have thought?

On face value, it seems weird Soros would be funding Wikileaks when he wanted Hillary to be POTUS, but upon closer inspection perhaps it's because Wikileaks isn't what it appears to be on the surface. Hmm...

Game over ?

No.

You don't become a billionaire by playing just one side.

You play both sides against the middle.

Are those continuing payments... by all of those logos? Probably not. After last year, probably never again by any og those MSM/NWO outfits (which accounts for the bulk of them by the look of it). Back when it was smear the Dubya time Soros probably thought he loved the sound of WikiLeaks tho.

There is always the chance that he wanted Trump to be president and the people were fooled again.

Just read a good informative article on Soros too. Seems his fingers are deep in..well much that is disruptive. I did not know the extent of his influence.

Err, does not compute.

Sometimes things are just too good to be true.

Down the rabbit hole I go!

One thought I had was concerning the ACA and how it was designed to fail. Maybe the people couldn't take another 4 years of the same without an upheaval? Attempting to leave the UN has me confused...

I've said before that Trump could possibly be some New Age magician (deceiver), tasked with making us believe what we are seeing is to our benefit. In reality, the "new guy" is tearing down old power structures that have become obsolete.

Hillary was nothing more than an 4-8yr contingency plan.

Wikileaks is a indefinite long term social engineering debacle which has no end date.

Soros knows which was more important to worldly events.

Nice work and very interesting!

However, I'm not at all convinced that Soros has any control over WL. My position on WL is well established on ATS in recent months. I believe that Assange is a self-aggrandizing, self-appointed, US-hostile actor who uses his control over the flow of information given to WL as a means for inserting himself into geopolitics to the further an anti-US agenda. I've felt this way about Assange for years.

I've posted about how WL has likely withheld documents damaging to Putin/the Kremlin, about how the Seth Rich bulls# is nothing short of heinous exploitation of the death of an innocent young man to create an entirely false impression, how WL reps have threatened journalists and of course, how WL was used to disseminate documents obtained by Russian hackers.

It suffices to say, I am not a fan.

With that all said, I have the same concerns with the notion that Soros might be somehow controlling WL as I do with the idea that Soros is directing protests. Essentially, there is a rush to assume in all of these cases that grants from the OSF equal some measure of control over the grantee.

The reality is that the OSF grants sums of various sizes to hundreds of organizations and many of those groups further trickle down the funding to smaller groups, either directly or through some form of non-financial support. This network of funding is so vast that it becomes difficult to find a non-profit NOT in some way linked to Soros by a grant from the OSF.

Now that doesn't mean that in this case, there isn't something going on but I'm very skeptical.

Finally, I'll point out that the Transparency Toolkit site also shows funding from another interesting source, the Thiel Fellowship. The Thiel Fellowship is a grant program that is a project of the Thiel Foundation which is of course, Trump supporting PayPal billionaire (and founder of big data vendor for the surveillance state, Palantir) Peter Thiel's charitable foundation.

Interesting side note about Thiel and WikiLeaks. Does anyone remember this from 2011?

Palantir Apologizes For WikiLeaks Attack Proposal, Cuts Ties With HBGary

First the loose hacker group Anonymous retaliated against one of the firm's employees investigating Anonymous by hacking into the corporation's servers and spilling 50,000 emails onto the Web. Then a string of those stolen emails revealed a proposal by the firm and two others to launch a campaign of illegal cyberattacks and calculated misinformation against WikiLeaks and its supporters.

Now, just a few days later, one of those firms, Palo Alto-based Palantir, has publicly cut ties with HBGary and apologized for its role in the WikiLeaks response plan, essentially verifying the reality of that plan and isolating HBGary further.

Also possible is Assange is a Rothschild bloodline.

His bio is a little thin and could be planted info.

This makes sense to a certain extent. Remember the 'Make America Safe' again day, the first of Republican convention. The entire day, all the speakers were talking about recent terrorist attacks, riots , protests etc. Since then, all those stopped.

So if Soros is funding some of these protests to make American fear, these fear tactics worked in favor of Trump than anyone else.

True, but then why would he have invested his own wealth so heavily in betting on Hillary's election? He apparently lost $1 billion since Trump's election due to betting on Hillary's victory

Maybe it was a $1 billion investment he knows he will get a great return on.

He already has it.

And lots of profits on the recent Mexican Peso drop in value.

Plus, he only actually "recognizes" those losses if he exits the market, so he knows he will make up for the initial loss one way or another

Greetings-

This helps explain why Wikileaks™ haven't came out w/a Soros 'hitpiece' If there is one turd or team of turds that could go for a good flush and then a "courtesy flush" for all concerned; humanity it is that clan.

Something along the lines of 'Why do McCain and Soros have the same dried out skin looking as if their blood has been replaced w/anti-serum..?" or "Dave Rockefeller vs. His 7th heart-Whats he afraid of?

Even the Staff@Wikileaks™ know where their baguette is soy buttered...

Here is some more information I found in the 404ed article. If anything, it gives us new leads to investigate. Too bad we no longer have boondock-saint with us.

Manning’s attorney is Mark Stevens, who also does pro-bono work for George Soros and the Open Society Institute.

Additionally, Assange negotiated with George Soros’ Open Society Institute for funding for Wikileaks.

Likewise, Wikileaks wrote an award-winning report called The City of Blood, published by Soros’ Kenya National Commission of Human Rights.

Furthermore, Beck notes, “Wikileaks once listed Soros connected Chinese human rights leader as one of its advisors…. They have since scrubbed the website. Too bad for Wikileaks and George Soros and everybody else that we have watchdogs that printed everything before it was scrubbed from the web.”

Glenn Beck of all people, probably before he switched payroll.

I'll look into the Mark Stevens/Soros connection and also what Soros may have gained after helping to publish The City of Blood. The guy makes money off of wrecked economies and is likely shielded by proxy (helping to fund the operation helps), and uses the information and insight that WikiLeaks can provide to serve his philanthropic vision.
