Isn't it ironic, liberals always talk about harmony and world peace, but now that Trump is trying to get along with Russia all they can do is yell "Traitor!" and angle for tensions with Russia. If the US and Russia can improve relations, that would be fantastic, don't let the globalist propaganda of the Russian boogeyman persuade you otherwise.

The only sanctions I have seen them discuss dropping dealt with sanctions put in place over the election meddling idiocy. I dont believe the Crimea sanctions will be lifted until the minsk agreements are complied with. This is supported by Lavrov (I think it was him) stating they should drop the illusion that sanctions will be lifted sooner rather than later.

Trump has stated he is willing to work with Russia on ISIS and in other areas of mutual interest. As for Assad Trump has stated he wants to deal with ISIS first and Assad later.

Our Secretary of Defense has reaffirmed the US commitment to NATO so thats not going anywhere anytime soon. Trumps biggest bitch are the NATO members who are not meeting the minimum requirements for defense spending. When he talked about NATO paying its fair share that is what he was referring to. He was saying if they dont the US is not going to cover the cost of a national defense for nations while they spend their money on needed civilian areas.

Trump has made it clear his mind and position can be changed. Its why he has chosen people who disagree with him and we have seen that with Pence and his cabinet picks, including general Mattis.

I dont see Trump just blindly rolling over. Remember his campaign promise was to put America first. So far he has kept his word and campaign promises so lets see how it goes.

As for the comment about CNN I completely agree. I am amazed CNN didnt run the headline that Trump evicted a lack family from public housing when the Obamas left the White House.
