Of course I wouldn't suggest that.

I dont care to round up anyone living here illegally that isnt a problem. The nonviolent ones just need to start the path to citizenship; we need to make it more affordable first off. This is also proposed by the new Administration.

Are they going to compare these statisitics to crimes committed by citiziens, or crimes in other regions, the south maybe? Of course they wont.

Maybe Congress needs to pass an "Affordable Crime Act".

Whilst on the surface I agree this is an interesting idea, it is not without its pitfalls.

How do they intend to keep the reporting 100% honest?

Let's face it, people do cook the books so to speak, so how will the figures compiled be ironclad verified to be on the level.

Anything less, will mean this policy is being implemented with a view to spin success.

Looks like Trump is going to make sure the real villains of society are going to be exposed.
It's about time.
He should be put a real focus on sanctuary cities and shine the brightest light of all on the cesspools that allow illegal aliens to waltz back into the country and shoot people dead in street.

Kate's Law is going back to the House over the next couple of months. I hope Trump puts a real focus on it to make it difficult for democrats to stop it passing.

I see this causing problems from people reading this and then deciding to act upon themselves do deal with it.

If people are committing crimes that is why we have law enforcement first of all.

News of criminal activity should also be non biased. It shouldn't target certain crimes or certain people like that.

Why not just report about all crimes rather than target certain groups like that???

That's called Bias and is clearly an agenda to focus on only certain targets.

I'm surprised so many people agree with this. Why not focus on Crimes being done by Religious People, or by Race, or how about a section for Crimes done by Poor people or White collar Crimes?? Well, we know we'll never hear about White Collar crimes will we.

It's a bias and you shouldn't support it.

Yeah...
Kinda like a certain someone blamed all economic woes on Jews and Gypsies.
It's just that appearant.

I look to be called a butthurt snowflake at least five maybe six times for posting this.

Butthurt snowflake, how dare you have an opposing view with a dash of sense!

Whether rightly or wrongly there is an overwhelming amount of cognitive misery going on...compartmentalising, packing certain groups based on nationality because some from their country don't play nice.

Yet, like anywhere, I'm sure there are just as many home-grown problems for them to tackle too.

For an administration who doesn't want to interfere with foreign nationals there's an awful lot of it going on.

I don't think America can completely eliminate any risk to itself in its entirety through these policies, yet history will judge what this does to the global landscape.

The whole thing feels like one of those conversations that starts in a bar after a couple of rounds, putting the world to rights, only this time its not just all talk.

Nazi always run to the nazi reference. Yawn! The nazi also believed in socialism yet my guess would be old bernie got a pass from you on that. Hitler made the media into a weapon but I'm sure you will give hillary, obama and the msm a pass. Podesta believes in the occult just like the nazis did but I'm guessing he got a pass too from you.

I can draw parallels between hitler and nazi with Social justice warriors willing to commit crimes in the name of their movement and how the nazi believed in a form of identity politics ie master race and the nazi hating or blaming one race of people kind of flipped today but use these examples "white lash" white privilege, straight, "religious" white males are the problem ringing any bells for you. Notice i put religious in quotation marks because being religious will get you hated being a white man who is religious add more hate and if your straight, religious and a white male lol your the devil by the liberal left.

We could do this all day with history bashing each other with foriegn leaders and murders picking apart political parties. Lately i have noticed people will actively hate on trump and say they didn't support hillary as a shield because hillary was just a bad option. If you had been a bernie supporter and dont know he sold out i feel sorry for you same with jill stein.

Remember that we are all aware that crime is also committed by nationals. The DIFFERENCE is that nationals are registered and easier to find and to punish. It is dangerous to protect those that can't be traced.

If illegals are so hard to find, punish and trace - how can their crimes be published? If you don't know who or where they are, I mean?

Like, if the "suspect" can't be identified or found, do you just assume the perp MUST be an illegal alien?

If illegals are hard to find and punish and they have data on some of them that thy did manage to find, I worry about how many more crimes are committed without us knowing, thanks to unknown people roaming in our countries. Fortunately stop and search helps catch those who are off the radar and so does profiling.

And if a suspect can't be found but is a registered national, then no, I don't think they are an illegal immigrant. If they can't be found because nobody has any idea who committed the crime, it could be a national or an illegal alien. If there are witnesses but the person is unregistered and cannot be found, I do assume it is an illegal immigrant.

Hope that clears it up for you.

Good. Illegal immigrants have no rights, nor should they. They forfeit that when they cross the border illegally. They double forfeit that if/when they go on to commit further crimes.

And so it begins.

Not be long now until the work/concentration/deportation camps start to materialize.

Sad really that humanity refuses to learn from its past mistakes.

If they are there illegally, then they should be deported and be thankful that's all that happens.

If the situation was reversed, Americans illegally sneaking into Mexico would be shot on the spot!

Its a slippery slope through, with a somewhat downward trajectory.

Walls and deportation schemes wont fix or address the other numerous problems associated with our respective societies.

Trumps just telling you what you wish to hear.

But that's just my own opinion.

What else should happen to them aside from being deported, and why should they be thankful?

Ok well, as much as this idea makes me feel somewhat uncomfortable, i do wonder what exactly people expect Trump to do?
He's clearly of the opinion that a good number of the people arriving in America illegally are comitting crimes against American citizens and damaging American society. For this opinion, he has been loudly and violently criticised, lambasted, abused and called all manner of terrible things. So what is he to do? If he offers nothing to back up his opinion he will continue to receive abuse, be labelled racist and told he doesn't know what he's on about (some might say rightly so in that case).
So, he seeks to gather some proof to lend credence to his argument (perfectly reasonable one might say, or even absolutely necessary if he's going to make claims that some people might describe aa outrageous), yet now he's attacked for attempting to back up what he's saying with some hard evidence.
I thought a site who's motto was 'deny ignorance' would applaud him for attempting to offer evidence to substantiate his claims.
What if he's right? Isn't he obliged to demonstrate that to the citizens he has sworn to protect?
It seems that this is a lose-lose situation for Trump in the eyes of many.
I do think however that, unless the evidence is gathered, collated and disseminated by a reputable, independent source, then it's not going to be worth the paper it's printed on and is actually likely to further blow up in his face...

We could do ourselves a solid by kicking out the violent immigrants AND americans rather than all immigrants.

We all came from somewhere other than america meanwhile, killing most of the natives. Does anyone else find this whole spiel a little about "illegals" ... off?

EDIT: What I mean is, I'm sure there's more murders committed by us than foreigners. It doesn't seem right to target a race for political reasons. A lot of business - I'm sure including Trump's - have benefited from mexicans that desperately needed work. A lot of them do us a service and aren't out raping random people like fox news would have us believe.

If I had to choose left or right, I'd say right in a heartbeat. This all seems a little bit of a stretch however.
