If these shootings were happening in neighborhoods that weren't BLACK or HISPANIC, the FEDS would be here, arresting these gang members, like they're arresting the pizza-ring child molesters, and illegal immigrant criminals all over the country.

Whats the fix for the inner cities?

Seems they're a different class of people that live violent lives.

What's sad is that mayor Rahm Emmanuel has broadcast to the world, that Chicago welcomes anyone who is in the United States Illegally, and wants to be sheltered and pampered.

Yet, that group of people have insignificant crime rates, compared to the Chicago citizens who were born here.

The answer? Guns must be eliminated in certain neighborhoods. How to do that in a non-violent way? I don't know.

The city already tried one non-violent method. They paid $200 for every hand-gun that was turned in...functional or not. Chicago got thousands of them during a 3 day period. Was supposed to run longer, but the fund went broke.

Twenty does sound like chump change doesn't it? Maybe if each one is assigned to getting rid of the leaders of specific gangs, there will be quick progress. Chicago police fear confronting the gang leaders.
