Donald Trump Signs Executive Order to Withdraw from the TPP

Some of you may rejoice on watching these signed. But it happened, just like he promised. Historic occasion indeed and it also sends a message to Obama's legacy.

Trump comments: "You guys know what this means right? Good thing for the American worker"

The Crumbling begins.

Thoughts ATS?

President Trump has a powerful presence that commands respect.
VP Pence is very lucky to have him as his boss and knows it. He admires President Trump a bit more with each new day

And Bernie Sanders said that he agreed with the move.
Kudos to Bernie for reaching out across the aisle.
I am not a Bernie guy.

Ok, so why is cancelling the NPPT a good thing for the US ?
You bought and sold things cheaply ?

You wanna buy for less and get more for the same ?
Educate me : how could this work for the US

I know it would be good for Canada to leave. I don't want poultry and Dairy that is produced outside of Canada. I don't know what it means to the US but I am sure they made similar concessions to the ones we had to make.

Wow things moved rather quickly since then. I wonder what's next? (Hopefully abolish the Federal Reserve)

This makes me so happy. He actually did it. I might be disgusted with the loud mouth bastard, but I have to give him credit.

He did what he promised he would do well... technically he was a few days late; But better late than never right?

This was a few months ago:

Donald Trump vows to quit TPP on first day in office

Keep in mind, while I do not trust him, I do like some of the things he says and is doing. Watching the TPP being signed gives hope that he is not all talk and no action.

However the biggest clue on whether or not he is controlled opposition will be whether or not he abolishes the Federal Reserve Bank and replaces the Federal Reserve Notes with something similar to the Silver Certificate.

This is what John F. Kennedy did with executive order 11110. Before he was assassinated and the decision was later over turned.

Incredibly happy this came to fruition. Here's hoping all other countries still eager for the TPP follow his example. I've never been his biggest fan and my skepticism was high, so it's nice to see he's capable of following through on his word.
