Again, depends on what it is. I don't see PCP users as safe to have around recreation wise. MDMA can be dangerous but it's medical benefits may be useful under supervision.

It is really ALL medicinal.

Passing Medicinal marijuana first has been the path before recreational. My state of Washington is phasing out medicinal. The other states likely will follow along.

There was only one dispensary where I live when this OP was posted.

Now there's five or six and we haven't hit tourist season yet.

The industry has really blown up since it became legal.
