It doesn't matter whether it is legal or not. It's a showing of good faith that allows the American people to see what kind shady dealings the candidates may be involved with. His weak excuse of being audited was total bs. Just like everything he flip flopped on. If he has nothing to hide he should release them. Especially Now that hillary is out of the way he has no excuse to keep them hidden.
