I dont how the Police can say it isnt terrorism at the moment until they have checked his home, phone, pc etc. Just because he was a druggie and had mental health problems does not mean hecouldnt be an ISIS sympathiser. In fact these are exactly the sort of people who would be more easily radicalised. ISIS and jihadists are known to pump themselves with drugs. The Paris attackers were drugged up and almost certainly unhinged.

It seems to be the rhetoric used now "mental health problems". It is completely unfair on people with mental health problems most of whom wouldnt hurt a fly let alone murder children.

What also stands out to me is that although people have had mental health problems for hundred of years it us only this past couple of years that they all seem to have suddenly decided to start carrying out mass murders! Very odd!
