Well, to be honest, Russell Crowe probably would make a better President than King Snowflake.

Russell Crowe was born in Kenya, he isn't qualified.

Trump does it again !!

He's an expert on Triggering the Triggerables.

He knows just which button to push.

He knows who to "tell off" to get the response.

He keeps them spinning like a tornado !!

@ OP.
They are free to print whatever they want. It is an opinion piece, correct?
Hell, I will support their right to do so.

Doesn't mean I agree. And I won't throw a fit about it either.

He is not a snowflake. He is someone who simply speaks his mind and takes no #. What is wrong with that? Instead of speaking from both sides it is plain and simple.

He gets '#' all the time, but doesn't like it, would be a better statement. As for speaking his mind..it has to mean something at least adult like... but doesn't, it mostly sounds like # as well.

I agree to a certain extent. I don't care for the man, but I do care for democracy. He won the way the system currently works. I do think he's overly whiny for my taste. He strikes me as a giant toddler. This election was the final thing for me that has disenchanted me from politics, and quite frankly every day citizens are disenchanting me from the USA society overall at this point.

All I can find myself doing anymore is shaking my head.

I usually don't even partake in these threads because I feel like they all become a trolling match. Especially in the mud pit. "oh you're a doodoo head and dumb, oh yeah well YOU'RE A yellow snowball and REALLY DUMB!" *insert snarky "clever" meme here*
followed up by "Now the adults are in control"

I've never seen any real adults behave the way I've seen a lot of people on internet forums behaving recently.

That's how I feel about reading most of this back and forth between political people.

But, in general, the whole "snowflake" term really gives me a giggle, because.....on some levels we really are all like little snowflakes. Are we not all unique in some way on some level no matter how minute?

It just confuses me to no end. When you're raised the way I was, it's a real shock to grow up and get into the real world to see that not everyone was raised to do the right thing, be honorable, and be truthful in life. How that happens I have no idea because to me there is no other way to live. But clearly many men and women were raised to be nasty, rude, and just obnoxious. Many seem to make it on corruption alone, which is why we have the volatile environment where citizen is pitted against citizen..........crazy.

Another thing I've noticed is the "WELL THEY DID IT SO NOW WE ARE GOING TO, HOPE YOU LIKE IT!"
Uhh....... Imagine this scenario please, and if it's not a great comparison, well, take me out to pasture because I don't know what is:

A mother has 3 daughters and 1 son. So 4 kids total. She works very hard, and saves up money to buy the two younger ones both a brand new, lets say schwinn bike.
Now, we all know how CHILDREN behave, especially siblings. Lets call the middle child Catherine. She gets mad at her youngest sister Anna, and decides to bend her spokes and wreck her bike in general. Anna gets angry, and goes to her older sister, let's call her Ellie. Ellie, angered by her younger sister doing such a disrespectful thing to the youngest sister, goes and destroys Catherines bike as revenge for her baby sister Anna......

Now, Catherine likely never destroyed any of Annas things again after that, however, how do you think the mother would feel in this scenario? She works hard, she tries to lead by example, but children react how children react. Now shes spent money on 2 new bikes for the children she loves, only for the children she loves and wants to be happy to destroy those things because they were mad at EACH OTHER. The mother would likely feel she had thrown a decent ammount of money down the drain. The girls didn't know that the mom was planning to save to buy the younger brother a bike as well, and now with the repairs that will need to be made, well..... See how the 3rd parties to the original problem got punished here?

My point is, that is how CHILDREN who are IGNORANT behave. Not educated adults. Come on now.

I honestly feel like that's exactly what's going on right now with society because of this strong political divide. Nanana boo boo what you did we shall do too! All the while, nothing good coming out of that path of reasoning.

I understand why I align more as a centrist now.

Oh well. Don't mind my few ramblings.

Who says I'm a snowflake? Have I met you? Do you know me? No.

Stop making nonsense up and address the topic of the thread.

No..

The whole "I know you are but what am I" tone of the OP demands more nonsense..

Case and point, I'd love to the question asked forJohn Lewis's opinion on that seminal Democrat Senator during the Civil Rights Era, Al Gore, Sr. after all his son was such a darling of the DNC that he was a Senator, VP and Presidential Candidate.

But my time would be better spent rubbing oil lamps expecting a genie versus finding a journalist to ask that one. I think even Rush would balk at such a setup.

LOL.

Fail #1: Most of the OP isn't my writing, it's an article.
Fail #2: saying something has a tone doesn't mean it actually does, it just means you're seeing things that aren't there.

I was referring to Russell Crowe in Gladiator, not Noah you nincompoop.

I thought that was obvious from the "Are you not entertained" post that I replied to.
