US Troops in Poland & Baltics: War with Russia?

You can read Politico, RT, We Are Change, and even the NY Times, and they all mention how we are now deploying troops in Poland and the Baltic states. All this is happening as we hear anti-Russia rhetoric from many of Trump's cabinet, and currently established Democrats and Republicans, Trump being the only one in favor of restoring relations with the Kremlin. We can all agree that whenever both parties agree on something it is never anything good (i.e. Iraq War) so do you think we are entering a new war with Russia or not, because I'm not sure where this is really going. I'm sure Russia is not exactly a sainted country, but is this going a little too far?
