How to bomb the whitehouse in google search (not that I have any intention of doing as a pacifist), what would seriously happen? Would Google pass this over to the FBI or would they ignore it? Could I expect a visit from the FBI? And what could you be charged with?

I've tried it and nothing serious will happen.. although if you starting looking for some porn they will temporarily block access to it.

Although the more you do it, the more they would have "evidence" to convict you of terrorism.

Try it

Don't do it. The rule of law will return to the States again someday and that kind of thing could get you twenty years.

My guess is you'd be added to a long list of potential patsies should a false flag attack ever be desired, but otherwise left alone.

Just typing it here at ATS might raise a flag or two...ooops too late.

Go ahead with the search if you're just wondering what will happen with the search( and no, not encouraging anything here). If you're worried, yes, sure it could cross a NSA/Fusion center collection ding and at least be recorded. Also, it will be recorded on your ISP and in your search history(Google account) and on your computer. If you were to do the action searched for it may be considered pre meditated if the ISP data is turned over and your computer is searched.

It's not smart to be playing with that kind of stuff. It could come back to you later. Remember the story about that family searching for the school gear and cooking equipment after the Boston marathon attack? I'm nervous just typing it on here... call me paranoid, but that family had agents at their door.

They can't just swoop down every time someone searches questionable stuff or the whole country/world would become fully aware of the level of spying and breaches of our privacy and freedom we experience when using the web--there would be an outcry. They have to be very cautious and selective before moving an investigation to a physical level (i.e. knocking on a door).

Just because you don't meet an agent doesn't mean they're not pursuing some sort of investigation. This could mean they're looking at your search/browsing history to find the context, and possible "why's" that lead you to put questionable material into the search box.
