YOu don't even need that anymore.... go find the Youtube video where Adobe proves their new concept of photoshopping audio... with 20 minutes of voice samples, they can litterally edit audio seemlessly.... they remove words, they can change words AND they can create an entire sentence... with the same voice that was sampled :O

But something like Star Wars Rogue One also proved to us how far they have come to creating digital masks to put on real people.
For the face of Tarkin, Guy Henry was acting and speaking in person, and Tarkins face was mapped on top afterwards.
The same went for Carrie Fishers "Leia" character which was played by a swedish actress with Carries young face mapped on top.

We can't trust anything anymore, and in regards to Assange... I'm wondering as well, why they chose to go the green screen way unless they needed the room to do live edits :S
