On a more serious note, I was actually proposing a new function to "go gray" for the lulz on one of my funny days. Didn't make it to SOs desk yet, which makes me wonder why.

Wow Death slayer and a gauge as to what you write would be worthless?? Surly if someone wants to fish through good information the first posters they would look for are the ones with the most stars? No one has a problem with the star system as it simply is nothing anyway. Pointless just like this thread.

Or loose them like points in a role playing game by gambling on the outcome of a particular topic.
