MODS - Can I donate my stars and flags to anyone?

To the MODS,

Hello, I have a question..... Apparently flags and stars are important to some ATS members and I was wondering if I can donate them?

If not is there a way I can turn them off?

Is there a way to hide them?

I think the same however many do not and I would prefer they not be shown.

Some ATS members ..... seem to be annoyed about who has and how many stars and flags.....

I use to think this way when I was ten.

Yes.... right now. Always ready to make someone happy because to some here at ATS they think this is a big deal.

Nope. You can't give them away, hide them or do anything else with them. They are what they are. Some place more value on them, because they seek approval of their ideas.

Perhaps we could start a photo challenge contest for people who need stars to feel better.

Example:
Feeding wild polar bears raw meat, by hand, while naked and blindfolded = 1,000,000 stars

Swimming with great white sharks with a bloody t-bone steak clamped between your butt cheeks = 2,000,000 stars.

In my opinion stars and flags mean nothing. However , applause means that you were viewed positively by members and one of the moderators for your post . Pursue those and forget the folks that concentrate on how many stars you have.

I had a really clever and witty response prepared but then I realised what forum this is posted in and that I wouldnt get any stars so Im not gonna bother posting anything.

But in all seriousness, keep your stars, thers nothing that impresses the ladies more than a well starred post

I have over 20 million but i hid most of them cause i had to many.
