Here are 3 exercises for martial artists and parkour people
you will need a couple of things

developing lighter feet

Old Samurai trick.
- Plant a corn seed. As it grows jump over it every day.
dig a hole next to it and jump over the corn from the hole

Ninjitsu technique
- Lay sheets of rice paper across the ground
practise running over them
for developing balance while moving quickly

Baguazhang
- Fill a large pot full of stones
Practise walking around the rim
empty the stones one at a time till the pot is empty

" it's the illusion of lightness , perfect balance "

This is off topic but it's worth mentioning
for a light and quick mind

Ninjitsu memory exercise
- Collect 7 different coloured stones
put them in a box with a lid
place them in an order e.g 5th stone blue
look at them for 30 seconds
close the lid and wait for 1 minute

then recall the order
open the lid and see

change the order and repeat
increasing the number of stones
and time you wait
