Attache cases and money?

You are just making up more stuff to support an already flawed set of speculations. We could all do that. Perhaps Castro has a video of Obama taking money and blackmailed him into shutting down the Cuban immigration opportunities as per this weeks news. We can all make stuff up off the top of our heads.

Has Obama made business deals with Castro while visiting Havana? Remember, Trump moves in the world of organized crime; he has to in order to operate casinos. It is very easy to imagine a scenario that would seem plausible if created by the FSB's special effects unit. It is only your blind partisanship that prevents you from seeing this.

I don't think you realise how ridiculous it sounds to make statements like, "Whether or not the dossier contains accurate information, it serves as a reminder that Trump is uniquely vulnerable to Russian blackmail".

Once again, your blind partisanship keeps you from seeing the self evident truth. Donald Trump would not be the first American businessman to be tempted with a honeypot trap, and his lack of self control suggests he may have fallen for one. Remember, he boasted about groping women on a hot mic. And, again, the bottom line is not whether or not the "evidence" is legitimate, only whether or not it is plausible.

Here's one of mine.. "Whether or not Obama is an ant-semite and is funding terrorists to kill Israeli's and Americans, the secret drop of cash to Iran reminds us that Obama is uniquely vulnerable to Iranian blackmail".

Non-sequitur. Some people do indeed believe Obama is an Anti-Semitic secret Muslim. Why would Iran need to blackmail him? (Oh, wait! That was just intended as a gratuitous snark! Never mind.)

There is no indication of any problems at all. All we have is a set of accusations being driven by a partisan media and lapped up by people who still can't accept the outcome of the election.

The "problem" predates the election! Even during the primaries, Trump's* ties to Russia were an issue. The dossier was intended to be used in a smear campaign. The fact that the phrase "PUTIN hates and fears CLINTON" is repeated verbatim time and again throughout, suggesting that the Clinton campaign was its intended audience. It was never deployed because, in their arrogance, the Democrats never thought it was necessary, since they were leading in the polls and Trump kept shooting himself in the foot. If the Democrats did posses this dossier, why was it not leaked to WikiLeaks along with the emails?

Remember, it was John McCain, no friend of Clinton's, who brought the document to Congress.

I have never seen such an externalisation of people's fears in my life. It's bordering on insanity.

And I have never seen such desperate attempts to deny the obvious. It's bordering on hypocrisy.

*ETA: I did not proofread this before posting. This sentence originally read : "Even before the election Putin's tie to Russia were an issue." Interesting Freudian slip. The two are now closely connected in my mind.... and I suspect in the minds of many of his Alt-right supporters. Is the issue that he is susceptible to blackmail, or that he is so fully on board Putin's agenda that it is offensive to think he would need to be blackmailed?

Trump used the word grope? Are you sure he didn't say grab and that they let him do it? That's a statement that shows there is consent.

If Bill had been caught on tape saying "you can shove a cigar in their pussy, they let you do it" would that be an issue? I don't think so.

This dossier on Donald J. Trump poses a perplexing problem --- With the likelihood that Russian intelligence provided the info to Christopher Steel [who has since gone underground], the former British intelligence agent who prepared the dossier on Trump's supposed activities in Russia, on grounds [suggested by David Ignatius on the Washington Post staff] that not only did they hack the DNC and spread false news about Hillary Clinton; but they want to disrupt --- across the board --- our entire United States political system.

Here's the link for the David Ignatius report on Russian hacking and the dossier on Trump:

www.pennlive.com...

Here's an excerpt:

"Question 4: Finally, what's the chance that Russian intelligence has gamed its covert action more subtly than we realize? Applying a counter-intelligence lens, it's worth asking whether the Russians hoped to be discovered, and whether Russian operatives fed the former MI6 officer's controversal dossier deliberately, to sow further chaos.

So her being dumb and of chitty moral character is Putins fault?

I am not pro Russia or pro Putin by any stretch of the imagination, but I feel like people are ignoring the fact that the US has been invading Brown countries and killing Brown people for the last 50 years straight on top of all that espionage and coups and other under handed things.

As long as no one is casting stones from a glass house it's all good, but come on now.

Who knows what Obama has done... tell you what, I'll just draft a word document, call it intelligence information, and we can discuss it from there.

Experienced US intelligence officials have called the document fake today.
Which intelligence officials do you believe?

As for McCain, using him as support for your argument is desperate. he hates Trump (mainly because Trump highlighted the fact McCain was really a snitch and coward when he was a POW) ... and note he passed the file to the FBI after the election, not before.

Got it...
But in a police state...like Putin's Russia, that's how things are run --- Like Putin's intelligence agency conspiring to blow-up Russian apartment houses --- then blaming the Chechens for it, so they could perform a war of eradication against them, Putin ordering the poisoning to death of some of his political opponents, hidden bugs an cameras in hotel rooms intended to use against his political opponents, Putin being accused of war crimes in Syria, illegal invasion of the Crimea in the Ukraine and possible invasion overtures of eastern Europe this coming spring.

Need I go on???

I just dug this up on the web, it is definitely interesting and it comes with information that Trump or his aides may have been working with Russia. On a side note, I think this is the "fake news" Trump was accusing CNN of coming up with.
