Clouding by contrails alone is known to have a net warming. That means you need to have some knowledge of the structures in a chemtrail that would offset any net warming by the plume.

I think Mr. PHIL, the legendary GROUND HOG, had something to say about "Climate Change" yesterday. But the MEDIA REPORTS are all over the place in interpreting what Phil said.

The media is crazy this year on several levels.
