If you could live in any film/book/video game universe, which would you choose and why?

For me, Idiocracy. Because it would be a massive improvement over real life.

Sandman.

Assuming I'm playing an immortal character in it.

Delirium would be a fun one to play, huh? Always seemed to be having a good time, anyway.

It would be sweet to live in the Twin Peaks universe. Sweet soundtrack, weird happenings, and of course the ladies.

I would live in the nicest place ever, Animal Crossing New Leaf!

Everyone is super nice and it is easy to earn money (bells).
The only problem would be that most of the food supply is fruit.

I really could never get into DS9. I just didn't enjoy it, but I honestly didn't give it much of a chance. Im a strange one though, i actually enjoyed Voyager..

Arguably, it might all be a moot point, since whether its TNG, DS9, or even Voyager, they are all technically the same "world."

I'd still prefer The Stormlight Archives. It took me a while to get to it, but I'm finding the world to be one of the more entrancing I have encountered in any form of fiction.

For me, it kind of puts the "big ones," like The Wheel of Time to shame. At least in that one small aspect. Same author worked on both, but obviously TWOT is a different situation.

Anyone watch The Adventures of Pete and Pete back in the day? I could totally live happy there.

For me it would be Stargate SG-1. The archaeological, religious, and hard science approaches kept that show relevant to this day. I loved Atlantis as well. But the crowning achievement could have been Stargate Universe. I love the idea of interstellar travel via an interconnected extremely ancient gate network spanning many galaxies across a huge portion of the universe.

Final Fantasy. Any of them, or maybe just FF7 with certains aspects of the others mixed in.

OR really any of several amazing Square/Enix games; Chrono Trigger, Xenogears

Warhammer 40k

With the thirty-seven keys of Tzeentch, we open the way for our brothers. With the thousand whispers of Slaanesh, we call to them. With the twelve plagues of Nurgle, we fell their enemies. And with the mighty axe of Khorne, we cut open the world for them.

Cut open the Animal-Crossing-Verse for them.
