Pardoning ALL ILLEGAL IMMIGRANTS, isn't the same as pardoning "Dreamers'. Besides, Obama doesn't seem to have any intention to pardon ALL ILLEGAL IMMIGRANTS nor the "Dreamers". It's something that people are asking/hoping that he will do.

He should pardon all non violent drug offenders, he should have shut down Gitmo and bring those lingering to trial, or set them free, if they are accuse of terrorism then try them if they are recognized as soldiers then the rules set by the Geneva Conventions should apply , but no one want to take that chance because even if some weren't terrorist or combatants when they went to Gitmo their decades long incarceration , probably turned them into one.

And there are exceptions. If the pardon is not received by the person being pardoned it can be recinded.

Also That only eliminates the current crimes. IF the pardonee commits another crime they can be prosecuted for it. SO if i was trump id put her under 24 hr a day surveillance to nail her when she slips up.

I would say an Arron Swartz pardon would be in order if he didn't already take his own life because of the character assassination he faced from the Obama administration and Eric Holder...

He should probably pr-pardon the Clinton's just to be safe.

Umm, you have to be a signature to the Geneva Conventions to see their protection. Last I checked, alQueda didn't sign and refused to wear a uniform on the battlefield, so too bad.
