They played about with walk in centers for a bit, a lot were underused and now are being used for other services.

It's a damn shame about people moving to other countries to work though I can't blame them one bit. Weather alone would cement it for me, it shouldn't be a case of they are better off abroad but the sad truth is they are.
Same reason many come here, it's human instinct.

Mismanagement by successive Tory governments have led us to this in an attempt to sell off a "failing" NHS , they did it to the railways too and look how much better they are now.
