awesome news. Good luck! Listen to the patrons, they will tell you what they like and don't.
Find a really good CPA. They are worth their weight in gold. And have fun!

Yum. Good pizza is worth it's weight in gold.

I should build an oven in my back yard for those hot summer days. I bet pasties would taste great in that oven too.

I wonder who else even knows what pasties are!!

P.S. What is that in your avatar? It has puzzled me forever it seems.

Ah pasties... Mother in law gets them every time we visit - and every time, we force ourselves to eat them. My wife is a born yooper. That said, I bet homemade in a a brick oven would be much better than the store-bought blandness

OP, the oven and restaurant look awesome! Best wishes for success and enjoyment!!

I'll be out on Washington in February, as a former pizzeria owner I would certainly like to try some of your pizza.

If you are somewhere around Seattle I will have to give my patronage some time, it looks to be a very personal construct. This is the best pizza related thread I have seen in a long time!

Looks great !! I bet you will be successful !.... A few words of advice that you can take or leave .....make sure you have a really good tax accountant ...you are eligible for, lots of write offs...and make sure you take them....also, do you own or rent the building ? If you own....separate the building and the business into 2 different corporations. And make sure you pay the budding corporation rent from your pizza corporation ...double pay in a sort . ....good luck ! If I make it that way, I will stop in....please pm the address if you can .

Without risk, there is no reward.

I've set up 1 business so far, and I'm about to start a second business. You have to take risks these days in order to get ahead. Most people are scared of risk, therefore limiting themselves.
