The medal means exactly nothing. Doesn't matter who wears it, or who awards it.

Bush has it. She who shall not be named ever again's husband has it. Now Obama. That should tell you all you need to know.

It's awarding is purely photo-op. I'm as deserving of it as Obama. So, too, are you.
