I was browsing a website that popped up on an ad on another site and was taken to this site which apparently is a news article about a leek regarding a Donald Trump get rich scheme.

www.cnnmoneynews.com...

It looks genuine and at first I thought it was the real thing but it looks like just a scam site.

They do have a lot of Facebook testimonials on the bottom and it does look very legit but when I tried other links on the page they were all either dead or went to other get rich quick type sites.

How do they get away with this? And are all the Facebook accounts at the bottom fake?

Bottom of page "contact us" leads to:

Fake new made to make a fake news organization appear a victim? Probably just a hoax pushing a narrative. Doesn't appear to be an actual CNN new page.

CNN landing pages are usually money.cnn.com etc.

Good point.

It is obviously a page to push the narrative that Fake News is a problem.

Now President Obama has signed the bill to allocate $611 billion of your tax dollars to help ban independent news reporting of stories that US gov't wants to hide.

I guess it may be better for us to see this whole fake news meme unfolding the way it is .The kneejerk reaction to the Email dumps was as obvious as , "oh look a squirrel" .....The MSM will long wear the true fake news despite have small bits of competition . That money allocated to fake news is the real MSM bailout and in time every one will know that they are propaganda outlets for hire .

Is this story fake?

4 children die when pesticide, water mix creates toxic gas

And best you read beyond the headline in that fallout 4 thread, you'll find out that CNN just used stock footage.

Is it? Or is it a page to prey on weak minded fools?

No he hasn't.

Unless you call foreign government sponsored websites "Independent".

Given ATS was listed as a Russian propaganda site recently at 'propornot,' then I would say it's possible that independent American sites could be errantly targeted.

Besides, I still want to decide for myself what is truth and what is not, regardless of where information originates. I don't have confidence in anyone else to do that for me.

Its called file footage, the worst kind of reference to support fake news.

Just grab any thing on file to fool people into thinking that what they are seeing on the screen is actually evidence.

I'd argue the huff post preys on weak minded fools as for every additional dollar someone earns they become less likely to vote democrat. Time you know your role chad. Democrats are party of the poor gay and weak for a reason and it's not because they are strong minded geniuses.

Seems the only ones fooled were those who thought the footage was from fallout.
