Clear skies for Area 51 hacker

Yesterday, Kevin Poulsen of SecurityFocus posted news concerning the amateur astronomer who exposed a buried surveillance network near Area 51.

Apperently, the military installed a whole network of wireless motion sensors beneath the earth, in order to prevent individuals reaching further in their territory.

That was a pretty mild punishment concerning the fact that he tampered with military deployed equipment. No?

the only problem was this equipment was burried all around the base in the land that does not belong to military. Thats why they cant charge him
