I think these guys staged it. Passenger stories are coming out and non of them add up to the pranksters claims.

Fox and CNN all ran wild with this based on Delta initial claims that passengers were removed and everyone is being given interviewed.

Fox and CNN were both citing Delta's statement, not some tweet so FOX pinning this on CNN is BS.

Exactly, some others here just don't get that, Tucker Carlson is as big a piece of rubbish as Brian Steltzer, but would try to elevate himself to the holy of holies on the back of some other liar. In this case, as you say both TV stations promoted the story ambiguously, while one of them then cries crocodile tears over how much this has hurt Delta.
What's worse the whole thing ended up here at ATS's cutting room floor with the slant on politics FFS.
