Isn't it funny how liberals defend Snopes as if it's a left-wing mouthpiece instead of a real partisan fact-checker? That's pretty telling right there, but what do you expect from an organization that labels "keep your own doctor" true when it's been proven false over and over again.

There are several examples of snopes either spinning or outright lying. One example of a lie by snopes: Conservatives made a biiiiig stink about the Democrat Convention not having a US flag on the first day of the convention. Snopes ran a picture of the second day of the convention showing the flag. They tried to claim it was from the first day but it was not. Here is a good run down of several problems with snopes:

Heck, snopes claims to be a "non-partisan" website, even though they constantly show to be nothing more than DNC apologetics. They love to bash conservatives, and writers for Snopes, like Kimberly LaCapria constantly post their disdain for any conservative or other right-wing movements. Heck, she has gone so far as calling the "Tea Party" as "Teahadists" in the inquisitr. Not to mention that she, alongside other writers for Snopes, described herself as "openly left-leaning" and the same can be shown of every piece posted by Snopes showing a very "progressive", DNC apologetic website. But hey, that's what the left now-days call a "non-partisan website", even though it is nothing but a false pretension from Snopes.

I see...so you completely ignored the example I gave about Snopes's writer LaCapria lying about there not being any evidence that Omar Mateen was still a democrat during the Orlando shooting, and as evidence she uses the fact that Mateen registered as a democrat in 2006, but then LaCapria claims there is no evidence he was still a democrat when he murdered people in the Orlando shooting. Coincidentally, it was later exposed that Mateen was a regular of that nightclub.

Not only that, but a friend of Omar admitted to the Washington Post, and I quote:

I reported Omar Mateen to the FBI. Trump is wrong that Muslims don’t do our part.
We love America, too, and we're horrified by what our neighbor did.
