My NYE (Hogmanay!) is kind of on hold...

We were going to go down to mysterious island for a big party but my mum just got out of hospital yesterday without a proper care package in place, so we have to see if the few carers who are in place actually turn up, and how mum copes with being back home... before deciding whether we can go or not.



If we do go... we'll be there for a couple of days, drunk as a skunk! (Because there are no ferries on New Years Day) But if we don't go... it'll just be a quiet one at home I think.

I decided that since my tale will go on and on that I'd make it's own thread to compile it. That doesn't mean I'm leaving this thread (I'm not) I will just post that story in that thread from now on so it's all in one place and doesn't clutter up this one.

I kept feeling like I was hogging this thread and didn't want to peeve anyone in here with the incessant postings.

I know yall would say I wasn't being an annoyance but as yall are so super-nice and cool I doubt yall would ever admit it if you were getting annoyed by me.

I'll keep adding to it over time as I keep interest. I can't promise anything because I can be flaky at times but for the foreseeable future I will be focused on it as it's so much fun to create!!!

I'm just back from visiting my mum and she seems fine and in good spirits.
The carers did come on time AND SHE KNOWS one of them!!!
She was absolutely delighted.

My sis and her hubby can cover mums meals for the next couple of days so it's looking pretty good for PARTY ISLAND tonight!!
(So long as nothing bad happens in the next couple of hours!!!! )

I shall indeed make the most of it, whether we get away or not.

Good Morning! Just kickin back doin some reading so far this morn....

For this New Years Eve I thought I'd post an in between chapters story.
This takes place between my last chapter and the next one.
Sort of a mini episode.

Errollorre and Troll waited for Aria to leave the box she was standing on to look through a window.
She was watching all her friends from long ago.
As a result of Errollorre's time travel they were now two years earlier.
Now Aria was enjoying seeing old friends on the very first day that Jacy would enter the Shed.
As Errollorre waited he grew tired and fell asleep against a multi colored van parked beside a rainbow colored house.
He began to dream he was far away from Acassia.
He needed to get back.
In his dream he pulled out an amulet on a chain that he wore around his neck.
He opened it and music began to play.
It had been a long time since Errollorre sang a song.
He was glad to do it again.
Even if it was only a dream.
He began to sing.

Then Errollorre awoke suddenly.
Troll had fallen asleep beside Errollorre.
Great quantities of drool had poured from the sleeping Troll onto Errollorre's face.
This awakened him in not the most pleasant way.
