If DB was here he would say he was going to dress up as a gorilla and burn a banana wrapped in a flag.

'Cause. . . Merka.

Thank you for your niceness. I think that people need to take a step back, take a breath.

There is no reason to dot someone's eye for wearing a costume and playing with fruit, or change or cry about the constitution ( others are I don't think you are ).

Is this where you think the fight for 'freedom of speech' should be fought?? You want to fight for the right to wave bananas at black people? Call them monkeys or gorillas?

What's your perspective on police cordons preventing political protest at G8 summits? You know? The important infringements on free speech. Stuff that affects all of us...all skin colours, right and left, independents etc.

Denigrating people should be last in line for reasons to defend free speech.

Yet they can burn flags...

As long as this keeps going on, Trump is guaranteed another 4 years.

You couldn't be more wrong.

Protection of all speech is important. If you pick and choose then we all loose. (didn't mean the rhyme)

Where do you rate your right to wave bananas at black people? Is it high on your list of priorities?

I don't judge free speech, pornography, rap music, death metal, modern art, and even this sight can be offensive to people. Should we wipe them out for some one who feelings are hurt?

People are definitely fragile and ripe for the pickings out there.(by design)-- Most people would become raging zombies if all electronics went down and they couldn't get to their money. Should start getting interesting in the next 4 weeks.

You know, the more I think about it, the more I'm with you on this.

Anyone who thinks doing that is justified needs an ass kicking.

Really?

You are comparing a dislike for death metal to the act of waving banana's at black people because he thinks they're monkeys?

I think this man will walk on all charges. Unless he made direct threats that can be proven, and since no violence occurred as a result, he will walk on all charges.

Still a bunch of crap to have a civil rights charge on your record.

Total overreach by the DA.

He could sue for malicious prosecution.

No, what I am saying is it is protected speech. There is no difference in the eye of a person that can recognize a civil right.

Nobody has ever been punched because they burned an American flag. Seems like it insights violence, therefore should be banned?

But what about infringement of civil rights, that is important too.

I agree I wouldn't have the grapes to do that, but I will and can see free speech when it is there.

BUT if you get the crappola kicked out of you, don't be surprised. Some people don't like to hear your free speech. And some of those people are bad to the bone, and will make you taste blood and broken teeth.
