That was a bystander recording this. I don't think he was going to show how fake all this is, he was just recording the event. Maybe that's why he didn't pan all around to show the setting.

Judge for yourself, just watch the video, it's obvious it was scripted to at least a certain extent, don't be obtuse and defend the indefensible, thats how the dems lost the election and will continue to lose.
