I can make some in the toilet tank for you, if you want. I'll even clean the toilet first.

Might want to check after we leave too, Nonspecific has been known to upper deck people.

I don't even know what that means but it sounds like the kind of thing I would do at a party.

Sat here chuckling about a bloke called Skidmark cleaning a toilet...

It's about as funny as a guy named Skid Mark having the runs.

hi - regards the frozen pipes - its my opinion that any damage has already been done , the freezing process of water is an interesting phenonemon - see pic :

i couldnt find one - so i drew that - the greatest expansion is during the freezing process - the nehaviour between +4 and zero is just fooking bizarre

but i digress - the pipe nearly ALWAYS ruptures when it freezes

the only advice i can give = open all valves and taps to reduce any pressure in system - and hoipe

apart from that - good luck - and hope things go well for you

Thanks! I'll make sure to open them then. I'll also check the pipes out when I'm in the basement turning on the master switch for the breaker. I'll make sure the landlord is there just in case anything needs fixed.

This is great news, so glad you could find a place for you and the pups, the landlord sounds really nice. Really happy for you.

Thanks. I know they'll like the new place. Lots of room for them to explore.

I'm glad, too. The landlord seems cool. He seems like that type that would be laid back about things. He even said he's glad that somebody is moving in that would take care of the place. His other tenants there didn't.

If the pipes turn out to be burst, won't it be the landlord's responsibility to have them repaired? (He should have left the water dripping.)

Congrats Skid! And good luck with the pipes. I "only" had 5 pipe leaks when I thawed out my previously thrice-frozen house.

Fantastic, now that you have a base of operations, you can complete your evil plan.

I beg of you to spare the geeky old man though. He means no harm to anyone.
