A text of the Moscow declaration on immediate steps in resolving the Syrian crisis is being prepared. Moscow, Ankara and Tehran are ready to be guarantors of its implementation, Russian Defense Minister Sergey Shoigu said.

I'd say it has a lot to do with it and it seems that another Russian diplomat has been shot and killed since.

Don't like the sound of Iran and or Russia being guarantee of a settlement.

This is bad news, the US will run a guerrilla hit and run type war against them until such a point is reached that Iran in particular will either have to fight back in which case the hidden war will become visible and escalated. The US will scream that the Russians and Iranians are to blame for the escalation, from all the roof tops in the world.

The US must be salivating at the mouth at this news, this is not good at all.

Anti Trump people dont understand since 2001 the State Dept has been running the middle eastern terrorist stage show.
