more electors tried to defect from Hillary Clinton Monday than from Trump, by a count of seven to two, as of Monday afternoon

... Clinton losses (or could have lost; had it been allowed) more votes between election day and now.
Does this further support Trump's mandate?

Maybe it will be enough to make the left realize this is how it's going to be for the next 4.
It sure would be nice to have them get over this and let us all get back to regular ATS.
The diaper supply is running dangerously low.

I don't think Trump has much of a mandate, but it IS funny that there were more Clinton defectors than Trump defectors. Those protests obviously did some good!

OK guys, now with all they hype going on with the Dems distracting us, What were they trying to hide?
What kind of stuff did Obama sign during this time that we were watching the conflict. I know we were distracted on purpose.

It was Washington and Texas that had "successful" flips. Washington cast two votes for Colin Powell. If Colin Powell had run, I'm over 90% certain I would have voted for him instead of Trump. Just sayin' that for me it was not the Dems who were the issue; it was Hillary.

So after all this hoopla over stopping Trump at the Electoral College vote because every one sees him as unfit to be president (for many reasons)...

Stands to reason since neither Trump or Clinton got 50% of the popular vote.
By the time all the ballots are counted, she seems likely to be ahead by more than 2 million votes and more than 1.5 percentage points, according to my Times colleague Nate Cohn. She will have won by a wider percentage margin than not only Al Gore in 2000 but also Richard Nixon in 1968 and John F. Kennedy in 1960.
