Why is there is no group being funded that does good things? Which, for instance, instead of killing normal folks, goes after capitalist, arms-dealing, corrupt, media manipulating folks? That could make the world a better place.

Such a group would quickly become the enemy of those folks you describe. It would be subject to all the usual propaganda and the MSM would turn public opinion against them. Not only that but they would also be fair game for the corrupt intelligence agencies who would infiltrate and destroy them from the inside.

If there's actually people on this planet that think they are better than other people, they've obviously forgotten the fact that they are in fact, still human beings.

Well Obama seems to think that Americans are exceptional. I don't, I see America as a nation awash with guns, violence and racism, flooding the world with weapons and armaments. All in the name of democracy and peace. You couldn't make it up.

Many Americans are exceptional. Of course, lots aren't.

But, exceptional people from all over the world immigrate to America, because it's the premier capitalist country, where they get paid the highest compensation for their unique exceptional-ism.

Just as many, if not more, migrants are poor and unexceptional. Perhaps it all balances out as people are just people the world over. So no, just because it has the largest economy, which we all know is based on financial fraud and an out of control MIC, doesn't make the US exceptional. Far from it. One only has to look at things like, incarceration stats to see how exceptional Americans are.

America then defines itself by the value of these "stars".

So it isn't Americans that are exceptional but those that emigrate there? 'Stars', I don't see any evidence of that. There are exceptional people everywhere. America can define itself any way it likes, doesn't make it true. Given the current economic climate and the reality of austerity imposed throughout the developed world, all courtesy of American financial fraud. Given the threat America poses to world peace and the countless dead strewn across the Middle East, then it is quite clear Americans are anything but exceptional.
